Groundwork Book a strategy call

We keep your leadership team visible on LinkedIn.

Every business day, our people post, comment, and reach out in each executive's voice, so your leaders stay in front of the people in your market and are known before the meeting.

What does your market see when it looks up your leadership team?

ResultYour leaders are known before the meeting
Buyers, partners, peers, and recruits look your leaders up before a first meeting, and what they find is often a job title and a post from last spring. A current profile with recent activity says you are active in your market, and a stale one leaves them guessing.

Why most leadership teams look quiet

It rarely has anything to do with the quality of the work. Your leaders are busy doing it, so nobody has time for LinkedIn, and the profile ends up saying less than the firm deserves.

  • A headline that is only a job title

Your people are the reputation of the firm, but their profiles show a role and a post from last spring, which tells a stranger very little about what they do or who they do it for.

  • Silence between projects

When billable work picks up, business development stops and the market moves on, so a slow quarter means starting over from zero.

  • A competitor who looks more current

They may have half your track record, but their profile shows activity this week. People can't judge the quality of the work yet, so they go by what looks current.

What we do about it

Every business day, a named person at Groundwork posts, comments, and reaches out in each executive's voice, and it all goes to the buyers, partners, and peers you picked. We also handle the inbox, so a real message from a buyer is on your desk within one business day instead of buried under pitches.

No software sends anything for us, and we don't book meetings or promise leads, because your market decides who calls. What you get is the daily work and a record of every action.

  • Profiles that say what each leader does and who they do it for
  • Leaders in front of buyers, partners, and peers every week
  • Leaders who walk into meetings already known
  • A live log your CFO and your compliance lead can read
  • 12posts a month for each executive, written in their voice and sent for approval
  • About 200comments a month on the posts of buyers, partners, and peers
  • 160new, targeted connection requests a month
  • 1 dayto pass a real opportunity from the inbox to your desk

What this has looked like for a client

We run LinkedIn for six executives at a data center infrastructure client. Together they have gained over 15,000 followers and over 500,000 impressions, and multiple eight- and nine-figure deals have closed with buyers who came to trust the team.

How much of your leaders' time this takes

Each leader gives us an hour at the start and about 15 minutes a week after that. We handle the rest.

  1. 1

    A 60-minute voice interview

We learn how each executive talks about the work, the clients, and the market, so every post starts from their own words.

  2. 2

    Posts go to you first

No reply in 48 hours means a post goes out as written, except at regulated firms like law, accounting, wealth, and insurance, where silence never counts as approval. Comments, outreach, and messages run without approval, and every one is in the live log.

  3. 3

We run it every business day and log it

Comments, connections, and inbox triage happen daily, and each action goes into a log you can open any time, with a monthly report on top.

Is this right for your firm?

A good fit

  • Mid-sized US firms, roughly 50 to 500 people, whose leaders want to be seen in their market
  • Leaders who can give 60 minutes up front and about 15 minutes a week
  • Firms that can fund one or two executives for a 90-day start
  • Teams that want a clear record of the work more than a promise

Probably not a fit

  • Anyone who wants a promise of leads, follower counts, or artificial engagement
  • Firms where nobody will approve posts or accept an access protocol
  • Firms where leaders' reputations don't matter to the sale

What careful buyers ask first

Our leaders are busy. How much of their time does this take?

Each executive gives us about 60 minutes for the voice interview and about 15 minutes a week to approve posts. We do the daily work, so your leaders can stay with theirs.

Will my executives sound like themselves?

That is what the 60-minute interview and the approval step are for. If an executive doesn't feel the posts sound like them after the first 30 days, they can cancel and pay nothing for that month.

Will this get us meetings?

We do the daily work that keeps your leaders in front of the right people, and your market decides who calls. We don't promise meetings or leads, but we show you every action so you can judge the work.

What does it cost?

Pricing is per executive and depends on how many leaders are in the program, so we go through it on the strategy call along with exactly what it includes. The minimum term is 90 days, and we do the work or you don't pay.

Find out what your market sees

The strategy call takes 20 minutes. We start by looking at how your leaders show up today, and we will tell you if LinkedIn isn't where your buyers pay attention.
